Our Approach towards our clients

Villa Sanctuary works with a locally based vacation planning service called St. John Concierge, available 24/7 for matters big or small. For no additional charge, they’ll tailor your vacation experience to fit your needs. This could include: picking you up at the ferry dock, having rental jeeps or a catered meal waiting at the villa upon your arrival, stocking your fridge with groceries and drinks, delivering paddleboards and snorkel gear, arranging private chef services, dinner reservations, boat charters, island excursions, and assisting with transportation, among other services. Owner Drew Kerr has lived on the island for years and is always happy to offer advice on the island’s best beaches, hiking trails, snorkeling spots, and happy hour deals. As the saying goes: if you want the local experience, ask a local! The company has been voted Best Concierge Service and Best Customer Service by the Virgin Islands Daily News. If you’d like to make your vacation as hassle free as possible.

This sensual waterfront home captures the essence of the Caribbean. Sanctuary features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a large gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, spa, and expansive decks to lounge and sun. A unique Zen water fountain spills over a native stone wall into the pool. A large covered veranda provides an outdoor dining experience you will never forget.

With ocean sounds and views from every room, you will be mesmerized by the changing colors from sunrise to sunset. All your senses will be tantalized with the sights, sounds, and smells of this romantic setting. Cool tropical breezes, flowering hibiscus, orchids, jasmine, bananas and key limes, palms, and unique native birds are all here for your enjoyment.

All four bedrooms are air conditioned and feature king beds, attached baths, and covered decks on the water. One of the bedrooms is in the separate and very private Pool Deck Suite with its own cable television and entertainment system with iPod connection.

The great room provides an incredible view of the entire bay through a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the 55-foot long covered veranda on the water. The stunning 20 foot long designer kitchen features a huge island with built-in cook surface and bar seating for four, custom teak cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils needed. A fully-stocked spice cabinet and rum and liquor bar are included.
